Raymond Briggs darkly disturbing comedy follows Hilda and Jim Bloggs as they try to construct a nuclear fall-out shelter armed only with a government pamphlet, a screwdriver, emergency rations and a protractor from their son's old school geometry kit. But will their makeshift shelter save them from the Powers-That-Be?
