One of Brighton's longest serving players is heading back to the Championship for the first half of the season.
Kazenga LuaLua has signed a loan deal until January with Queens Park Rangers. The 26-year-old will be available for the Hoops fixture against Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough on Saturday.
LuaLua returns to Loftus Road after spending time on loan at the West London club last season. He made 11 appearances for Ian Holloway’s side during the 2016-17 campaign and scored his first goal in a 2-1 defeat against Preston North End at Deepdale.
Albion boss Chris Hughton said, “This loan move represents a great opportunity for Kazenga to go and play regular first-team football.
“He knows the club well from spending time there last season, as well as the division, and it is a loan which benefits all three parties.”
