Brighton's Glenn Murray has been nominated for October's Premier League Player of the Month gong.
The 34-year old marked his return from injury with three goals in two games for Albion last month.
The former Bournemouth forward scored a brace in the 3-0 win at West Ham a fortnight ago and headed home the equaliser for Chris Hughton's side in their 1-1 draw with Southampton at the Amex last Sunday.
Murray is on a six-man shortlist for the award which includes: Kevin De Bruyne [Manchester City], Nacho Monreal [Arsenal], Nick Pope [Burnley], Leroy Sane [Manchester City] and Wilfried Zaha [Crystal Palace].
A Premier League panel will deliberate over the shortlist, while fans will also have a ten per cent share of the vote.
