Sports Saturdays Ryan Heal had the pleasure of interviewing boxing legend Michael Watson MBE, over a coffee in the laines (see photo).
The former Commonwealth Middleweight Champion is based in Brighton and spoke about his love for the city, completing the London Marathon, writing his autobiaography, and of course - football!'Michael Watson's Story: The Biggest Fight' is available in all good book shops.

It was an emotional show as The Albion played their final game of the season...a 1-0 defeat to league champions Swansea, leaving the seagulls to finish 7th in the table.
In our Football Banana's competition, we gave away a fantastic signed print of Ryan Giggs. Congratulations to Margaret Richards who made her husband a very happy man after she answered this question correctly:

Two footballing legends made an appearance at Football Banana's last Thursday (17th April)...
Jimmy Greaves and Martin Peters were instore meeting fans and signing shirts and photo's.

It was victory for the Albion as they sealed a 2-1 win against Hartlepool on Saturday! Goals came from Seagull's stars Glen Murray and Dean Cox...
we played Queen's 'We Will Rock You' for Dean Cox after he requested the song were the Albion to win!
The Seagull's are currently sitting at 7th in the
