I was down at the Regency Tavern last night having a few birthday beers for a friend, whilst the northerners around the table tucked into liver and bacon...why is that Northerners love liver and bacon? All the southerners were eating chicken salad and I as a midlander, had scampi and chips. Such a stereotypical evening of food and class.
