BHF Sea Swim 2008

BACK FOR 2008!!!

The BHF & Juice FM are pleased to announce that due to the massive success of the Brighton Sea Swim 07, we will be organising the swim for you all in 2008! Last year saw the event attract over 160 swimmers & triathletes raising almost £13,000 for the BHF.

Timings Registration Opens 08.45 a.m.
Registration Closes 09.30 a.m.
Swimmers Start 10.00 a.m.

All swimmers will be asked to arrive at Hove Lawn 1 (next to the King Alfred Leisure Centre) to sign in between 08.45 & 09.30. After 09.30 there will be a warm up and a safety briefing from the seafront office which we ask you all to be there for.

The minimum age for this event is 14.

The swim is fully supported by the Lifeguards, The RNLI, & the Martlet Kayak club…

It is strongly suggested that you pre register for this event so we can give our safety support teams some idea of how many swimmers will be taking part

Route The event is a 1 mile challenging sea swim between Hove Lawn (next to the King Alfred leisure Centre) & Brunswick Lawn (the Peace Statue).
