Situated in the village of Hustpierpoint in rural Mid Sussex. The farm has beautiful panoramic views of the South Downs giving an ideal location for a day out.

Washbrooks is a family run business, Andrew Nelson having grown up on the farm and now in partnership with his daughter. The farm centre opened 20 years ago and has become a key leisure & tourist attraction in the area.

The farm offers a relaxed, safe environment for children to play indoors and outdoors while still maintaining a farming theme.

The farms activities are focused towards children below the age of 7 to 8 years.
